Verena began her career in glass at the Glasfachschule u. HTL in Kramsach and worked as a glass technician for some years. She was an intern at the Corning museum of glass and studied glass design at the University of Kalmar/SE. In 2012 Verena received her BA in Glass from the Royal Danish Academy/DK, followed by a MFA at The Institute for Ceramic and Glass Art at the Hochschule Koblenz/DE, where she worked as a lecturer and glass studio director till the summer of 2017.
