We - son Kai and mother Andrea - have been collecting art objects ourselves since 2010. In 2016 we first became aware of studio glass and in the following years we bought various works that literally give us a lot of joy every day and always put a smile on our faces.

In the pedestrian zone of Ascona we offer a kind of art museum with free guided tours to the around 1 million tourists every year.

During the season on 5 days a week (Thursday to Monday), and always by appointment!

In our exhibition you can expect around 400 works of art by around 100 international artists from around 40 different countries.

Young artists are also very welcome here, the youngest (Hungarian) artist is currently 25 years old.

The videos of the various artists on our information displays, in which they demonstrate their production techniques, are also very impressive. Visitors to Ascona are amazed and are regularly very excited when they discover the glass "jewels" in our shop windows. Glass sculptures are UV-resistant and very durable.

Due to the gigantic production in Murano, most Europeans have so far only known blown glass. We do have blown glass from various continents in our exhibitions, but we mainly show glass melted in the furnace (cast glass), also with monograms, as well as cold-glued colored effect glass from America or cold-glued glass with mirrors from Eastern Europe, or even stained glass.

Because we don't just want to show sculptures in front of white walls in Ascona, we prefer to create appropriate dialogues. Therefore, we place sculptures (also made of wood, bronze, cardboard, synthetic resin and real butterflies) outside the shop windows in an appropriate dialogue with paintings, photo works, collages or wooden wall sculptures. Our visitors are enthusiastic about this extraordinarily beautiful concept. You can already find the first corresponding reviews on Google and TripAdvisor.

We have six different exhibition themes in our gallery rooms in Ascona at the same time:

"Refreshing water" as a tribute to the beautiful Lake Maggiore, with many matching works of art in the colors blue, transparent and silver (photos, paintings and sculptures, especially glass waves by Ivana Masitova, but also the "Man in water" made of resin by Bruce Denny). Other themes are "lovely moods" and of course "shiny glass" in many shop windows. But the themes "noble dark" and "beauty of nature" are also very popular with us, just as we want to reach a very young audience with "pop art" in dialogue with uranium glass and metal sculptures in neon colors.

With our carefully curated concept, on the one hand we want to introduce all art collectors to a whole new world. On the other hand, with the most perfect possible combination of works of art, we also reach a lot of people who have not had any access to art before.

Accordingly, in our exhibition we have preferably put at least two works of art into dialogue. This always requires very time-consuming preparation and collaboration with as many different artists as possible. However, our presentations are always just suggestions from us.

All works can of course be purchased individually!

The number of galleries on the Internet is increasing rapidly, and this of course gives art buyers (if they specifically search for them) a gigantic selection of works of art. And the Internet presence saves the respective portal from having to rent expensive commercial space in a busy pedestrian zone and high personnel costs. But ultimately, a photo of a work of art on the Internet cannot be compared with reality, which is why the collaborating artists are also demanding more and more physical galleries, because the 1:1 experience is irreplaceable and the works are perceived completely differently in the original. Often, the intensity and luminosity of the works cannot be reproduced in photos at all, at least that is what we hear almost every day in our gallery rooms.

The works we select from a wide range of artists suit a wide variety of interior styles and colors and range in price from CHF 150 to 100,000. For example, for Scandinavian or British-style interiors, we offer minimalist works or works from nature. Our stated goal is to offer works of art that create a unique and positive ambience in your own home, at work, in company entrance areas, in doctors' waiting rooms and hotel lobbies.

Great works of art have a positive influence on your personal living space and your working environment and can change your life for the long term.

So don't do without "calorie-free happiness hormones" in your daily life!

With our commercial background, we act as art dealers. To the relief of many artists, as their works should not only be artistically exhibited, but above all sold. We are delighted that the all-round feel-good concept of our gallery has brought a completely new and very fresh breeze to Ticino on Lake Maggiore.

We look forward to your visit and would like to warmly welcome you to our homepage!
